There are lots of things to thank for this year. 2014 was a great year to me. Let me start with my health.
It’s always been my priority every year to get a healthy body and make sure I won’t get sick again. According to the Feng Shui experts (well I don’t really believe in Chinese horoscopes, but there’s nothing wrong if I follow those advices), year of the rabbit’s health will be good in 2014. I haven’t had any major illness for the last 12 months in 2014. After recovering from Pneumonia in 2013, I was able to regain my strength and was able to return to work again. I also had my first viral load and the results were unexpected. My baseline viral load results came up with a 71 copies/ml which indicates that my body is coping up with my ARVs. Maybe in a few months time, I am hoping it'll be undetectable.
In terms of career, I'm also thankful because I was able to get a job. Though it’s not been easy for me to get hired, I still managed to get one.
I wasn't really that lucky when it comes to wealth and money. I had some financial issue this year which led me to humungous debts due to my out of town travels. So this year, I really hope I will be able to manage my financial issues this year.
I really have a lot of plans this 2015, and I hope that this year will be as good as 2014. Still, my number one priority is my health. I want to get back into shape again (which I have lost a lot of pounds this 2014). I also want to put up my own business so I can be able to pay my debts.
Life has a funny way of taking your plans and turning them upside down.
2014 has been a year full of emotions, surprises and incidents which
made me learn to sit back and exercise patience.
I must say that the year, as a whole, gave me the biggest lesson I
needed to learn: when you stop chasing the wrong things, you give the
right things a chance to catch you. My life is far from perfect and
while I still have a lot of goals I’d like to achieve and plans to
fulfill, I’ve also learned that sometimes the best plan to have is just
to be open to where life is going to take you. It could lead to some of
the best days of your life.
I'm really looking forward to a great year this 2015 so please be good to me =)
